Our linen collection is available for hire throughout the North Island, with shipping available. Items from our online store can be delivered nationwide to urban and rural addresses (excluding PO Boxes). Please get in touch to discuss your event.

To ensure the safe handling of our pieces and in line with our insurance policy, all hire items are delivered and collected by the Table Eight team. We service the wider Hawke’s Bay region (Napier to Dannevirke) with a flat delivery fee of $200 + GST. For linen-only hires outside of Hawke’s Bay, postage is available — please get in touch to arrange.

Our standard hire period is 48 hours, from the day of delivery through to collection. For linen hires outside of Hawke’s Bay, items are dispatched in advance to ensure timely arrival, with return instructions provided.

A minimum hire spend of $250 (excl. GST) applies, excluding delivery.

Bonds are processed within 7 working days following collection of the hire items, once everything has been checked in line with our Terms & Conditions.

No — we take care of all cleaning. We simply ask that items are returned free of excess food and packed as instructed.

In the event of damage or loss, the cost of replacement may be deducted from your bond. Full details are outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
