Sarah has always been drawn to beautiful, thoughtfully considered spaces, whether in interiors, gardens or the small details that bring a gathering together.
Living on a rural property with her husband and raising four boys, she has spent years creating welcoming spaces at home while often helping friends do the same.
With a natural eye for detail and a love of entertaining, Sarah enjoys the process of planning and preparing for gatherings.
From the food to the atmosphere, to creating settings that feel relaxed, warm and effortless.
With a science degree in Human Nutrition and a varied career alongside the family business, Sarah has often found herself drawn to hospitality.
She enjoys meeting people and creating environments where guests feel relaxed and welcome.
Table Eight grew from this lifelong love of entertaining and an eye for detail that combines practicality with a refined, understated style.
